This piece first started out as a sketch in my sketchbook. I was inspired by a quote about the third eye, which touched me, which lead me to turning my sketch into a painting. "Third Eye" was my first attempt at painting a face and using gold leaf paint. I really enjoyed experimenting with the gold leaf paint.
